Lawyers within the team advise on everything from general healthcare law including patient complaints as well as SUI and Ombudsman investigations. They also advise on technical areas of mental health law as well as conducting advocacy in relation to inquest work.

Candidates must have a strong academic profile and the ability to grapple with complex areas of law. The hiring managers ideally want some experience of healthcare work, but are equally open to those who are looking for a retrain from other areas including clinical negligence, general personal injury or other areas of law.
