Healthcare Solicitor - Liverpool

Busy team at this leading commercial practice based in Liverpool is looking for a Healthcare Solicitor.

Our client is recognised as one of the best firms for health sector work. Their Liverpool team is one of the best in the country with good quality work and partners who are independently recognised as leaders in their field.

You will be a solicitor with a strong academic record and a desire to specialise in this area of work. Ideally you will have trained at another healthcare team. The work on offer includes but is not limited to:

  • Patient complaints
  • Ombudsman investigations
  • Mental health law, including legality of detention, treatment issues and representation at Tribunals
  • Inquests
  • Court of Protection
  • Judicial review

You will handle your own caseload under supervision and assist on more complex work.
