Residential Conveyancing Trainer - Full-Time and Part-Time (4 days)

A firm that Douglas Scott have placed numerous candidates with, who hold a truly enviable reputation as a leading specialist in the Residential Conveyancing market are currently looking to add an experienced Conveyancer to join them as a Conveyancing Trainer.

With numerous sites across the UK, this opportunity will allow you to cover several purpose built sites in the across the UK, all travel, hotel and food expenses will be covered when required as there will be a need to visit different offices when required by the firm. Having invested heavily in technology advancement over their recent history, this opportunity would be perfect for someone with experience of working in a high tech environment who wants to see continuous development

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily supervision of Training Team
- Coach & support members of the Training Team
- Identify training needs across the Centres, and to make the appropriate development recommendations, working with the Legal Skills Trainers to facilitate delivery
- Working with the operational and HR teams to ensure delivery of training goals
- Design, prepare and update legal training modules, which can be delivered by the training team to meet the business needs.  
- Using your well garnered knowledge of all sale and purchase of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, remortgage, equity and other technical matters to develop the skillset of your trainees
