You will be a senior and experienced RTA Litigator, managing others, with expertise and a track record of maximising settlements for your clients and generating high fee levels. At Integra Solicitors we believe we can offer you the opportunity to excel in a Head of Department role. Integra Solicitors is a growing business with a well-established and successful RTA team working on both litigated claims and claims that are concluded within the Ministry of Justice RTA Portal. You will understand team dynamics, be able to motivate and inspire, and your in-depth understanding of the RTA Litigation process will underpin your success as a Head of Department. You will be able to quickly evaluate claims, able to identify and solve problems. Negotiating and dealing with all the individuals, authorities, firms and practices that are relevant to each matter will come easily to you. You will be a qualified solicitor or equivalent, with excellent powers of communication, good IT skills, and ideally familiar with Proclaim Case Management. You will have a complete grasp of the relevant law and be fully conversant with the court process, where achieving the best outcome will be a key component of your success.
