This reputed and established South West firm are looking for a new Head of their Residential Property Department in Somerset.

You will work alongside an established equity partner, who is looking to step away from the day to day running of the team.

Your role will involve managing and mentoring the team of 10 which includes solicitors, legal assistants and secretaries based across several sites.

To apply for this role you will have ideally already been in a similar position, or be looking for that next step up in your legal career. You will already have some managerial experience.

There is career progression on offer for a driven and motivated individual looking to continue the good work achieved to date of this established residential conveyancing department.

To apply for this role you must have at least 6 or 7 years' experience within residential conveyancing and be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer.

Video interviews will be held where appropriate.

This firm have multiple locations across Somerset - and there will be flexibility on where your main base will be. You may be required to visit the other (covid secure) sites for colleague meetings etc. where and when appropriate.
