Private Client Head of Department , Andover
This is a superb opportunity to join a highly regarded regional firm to lead and develop a very busy Private Client department.
You'll be in pole position for partnership and the firm have a track record of promoting from within - there are examples of trainees reaching partnership.
Leading and mentoring a small team you will be handling your own caseload of mixed value work including some high net worth matters and you will alos be expected to provide a degree of support to the other fee earners and support staff.
You should have upwards of 3 years PQE as a qualified solicitor or legal executive and be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in this part of Hampshire. Any previous experience of managing a team to targets would be viewed as advantageous.
There is the chance to top up salary through individual and company wide bonuses.
It is a true team leader role with associated admin around managing staff to targets and monitoring workflows into the department.
You'll also get involved with the marketing of the department and of the firm as a whole.
