A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Family Law to join a fantastic top 200 law firm in Blackburn. Reporting in to the Managing Director, you will be leading the way in the family department and driving it forward.
You will also be managing a caseload of files including;Divorce, finance, Children law, Cohabitation, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Advocacy and Business Development. You will contribute to the effective operation and development of the department, represent the practice in the community.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years experience or PQE and posses an accreditation for the Law Society.
The benefits and salary are fantastic offering a salary ranging between £50,000 and £60,000 along with 24 days annual leave+ bank holidays and a day for your birthday! There is also an option of remote working and a healthy bonus.
