The reason for the vacancy is due to the relocation of the current Head of Department and the firm is in a Chester city centre location with free parking.
The client base is a mix of those based locally and national consisting mainly of start-up, SME and blue-chip organisations. The employment team offers a broad range of mainly respondent employment law services including general corporate support, shareholder agreements, employment contracts, employment litigation, restrictive covenants, redundancies, disciplines/ grievances and settlement agreements.
