Head of Department - Private Client

Our client is a friendly, forward-thinking firm in Sunderland seeking an experienced and driven private client practitioner to lead their existing private client team.
You will have experience in wills, power of attorney, probate, and estate matters. Practice in trusts and court protection would be of benefit but is not essential.
Ideally, you will have at least 5 years' of experience and demonstrate a real enthusiasm for private client work, as well as a hunger for driving your career forward.
The firm prides itself on creating a supportive and inclusive culture which allows for flexible working. You will be expected to develop and lead junior team members.
The ability to effectively manage a team, maintain existing client relationships and expand team growth whilst managing your own caseload is required.
