Long established practice with is looking to recruit a conveyancing fee earner to join its well regarded residential property team.

The firm has been providing legal services to businesses and personal clients in the local area for many years, many of which return on a repeat basis due to its personal and tailored approach. The residential property team offers an efficient, informative and competitive service to its clients and is now looking to add to the team due to a continued increase in instructions.

THE ROLE
. You will be offered an opportunity to manage and further develop a successful conveyancing team
· Overseeing a small, well structured and busy team of hardworking and enthusiastic lawyers and trainees looking to progress in their conveyancing careers

REQUIREMENTS
· Solicitor qualified with ideally 8+ years PQE
· It is essential that you can demonstrate a proven background in working within a fast paced conveyancing environment, dealing effectively with panel referred clients and also motivating and developing a vibrant and energetic team
· This is a fantastic role for a senior conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career
