Head of Contentious Probate, North London

We are working with a mid-sized law firm in North London with a strong reputation for contentious probate. We are looking for a Head of Contentious Probate to join the team and lead work in this area.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in contentious probate, with a proven track record of success. You will be a highly motivated and commercial lawyer with excellent client relationship skills. You will also be a team player with a strong commitment to providing high-quality legal services.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing and developing the contentious probate team
Providing advice and representation to clients on a wide range of contentious probate matters
Preparing and drafting complex legal documents
Negotiating settlements and representing clients at court
