Governance Partner

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for a Governance Partner to join a public sector organisation based in North Wales, on a temporary basis.

As an experience Governance Partner, you will work closely with the Governance Services team and wider board members. The successful candidate will undertake the following duties:

• To support and ensure compliance with governing documents, legal obligations, regulatory and statutory governance standards
• To support the Company Secretary to undertake duties in relation to matters of group corporate governance, regulatory and statutory compliance
• Advise colleagues generally on matters relating to Governance processes and procedures

The role is for an initial 3 months, with a possibility of extension. The role is ideally to be worked on a hybrid basis, and candidate should be able to travel to the North Wales region.

Our client is seeking a candidate with a strong governance background and who will be able to 'hit the ground running', although candidates from other backgrounds with substantial experience are encouraged to apply.
