The Global Learning and Development team is global team of Learning and Development professionals who are relentlessly working to build knowledge skills and abilities of all Latham Colleagues through innovative methods. The team is spread globally and is built on collaboration, collective intelligence, trust and having fun!

About the role

As a Global Learning and Development Senior Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing new training courses, as well as reviewing and/or updating current courses. Other key responsibilities include:

* Developing and preparing training materials that include leader’s guide, participant workbooks, and visual aids such as PowerPoint presentations

* Assisting in identifying training needs, and providing training solutions for the Firm

* Measuring transfer of learning and training impact by creating and implementing multi-level evaluations

* Facilitating HR related classroom courses to a diverse population

* Contributing to the identification and creation process of new learning opportunities outside the classroom, such as using multi-media devises, e-learning, etc.

About you

* Demonstrate the ability to create high level training courses that incorporate experiential learning activities to meet the needs and culture of the audience

* Display strong knowledge of and proven proficiency in adult learning

And have:

* Coaching experience would be a strong advantage

* Experience in learning and development

* Experience and/or knowledge of Learning Management Systems, as well as experience designing and facilitating virtual learning

* Outstanding project management skills demonstrated across multiple locations, cultures, and matrixed organizations
