Role: Inhouse General Counsel

Location: London based with travel & flexible working

I have been instructed by a market leading internet infrastructure provider who are looking at expanding their legal team with a 3+ PQE Construction Lawyer. You will be advising on a range of construction related matters and advising the business on construction issues in-life and working with material vendors., design houses and software providers to support their city-wide roll outs.

Experience required

  • 3+ PQE
  • Experience of bespoke and standard form construction contracts (NEC Suite of documents)
  • Commercially minded with a positive mindset.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end construction management process.
  • Non-contentious construction law.
  • Contentious construction law experience is desirable but, by no means essential.
