Full-time or Part-time Secretary/Admin Assistant – Wisbech Office

We are seeking an experienced Secretary/admin assistant to work closely with one of our Solicitors within the Private Client Department at our Wisbech office.

To apply for this position, you must be able to use initiative, pay attention to detail and be able to prioritise. You must be organised with the ability to multitask your workload.

The role

Managing incoming emails and post, scanning, invoicing, filing, updating databases, typing and general administration.

Organising fee earner diaries, both manually and electronically (where applicable).

Manage client data and client files in accordance with all policies and procedures, ensuring continued compliance with Solicitors Code of Conduct/SRA Handbook to include setting up and maintaining files in an efficient manner.

Required Qualities

Excellent Attention to detail

Good interpersonal skills and client liaison

Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage work load
