A vacancy has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join very well-established practice in the Northwest. The salary on offer is negotiable dependent on experience. The firm are seeking to appoint a float legal secretary to work within their childcare team.

The role will involve providing secretarial support to the lawyers and fee earners including: document creation, preparation of work via digital dictation system (Bighand), file opening and closing, file administration (both paper based and electronic), telephone communication/support both to clients and third parties, attending to new enquiries, diary management

The candidate will have Legal Secretary experience working in childcare or in a similar role.
