An Administration Manager is required for an exciting opportunity with a long standing and reputable multi service firm. The role will be based in Sheffield and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
The firm require an Administration Manager for their Residential Conveyancing department. Typical responsibilities will include - monitoring workloads, carrying out ID checks, record management and data inputting.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working in an operational role within a law firm. It would be advantageous if you have previously held a supervisory role but this is not essential. You will be an accurate and fast typist, minimum 40 words per minute. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be a naturally organised Administrator with strong data inputting and IT skills. You will thrive under pressure and never tire of deadlines. Finally, you will manage your own time well and be a confident user of the Microsoft Office suite.
