This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and organised fee earner to join a busy, high-performing residential property department in Dorset. You will be managing your own caseload of matters from initial instruction through to post-completion. Responsibilities
- Freehold and leasehold properties
- Residential property sales and purchases
- Lease extensions
- Tenancy agreements
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Equity release
- Re-mortgages and mortgages
- Applications are welcomed from experienced fee-earning paralegals, legal executives, licensed conveyancers and solicitors with between 5-10 years’ PQE
- Extensive knowledge of all residential property matters
- Confidently manage own caseload
- Possess outstanding communication and client care skills
- UK driving licence and own transport would be advantageous
