Family Solicitor/Legal Executive-South Woodham Ferrers/Some WFH

A superb opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a leading Legal 500 and multi-office law firm who have a proven track record as a forward-thinking and energetic firm, offering high levels of specialist advice.

This is a newly created role with succession planning in mind and will see you joining a Resolution accredited family team who have built an enviable reputation with their clients and you will contribute to the growth of the department, attract new clients and you will work within a very supportive team structure.

Responsibilities:

• As the Family Solicitor, you will undertake a full private family caseload which will include:
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Cohabitation agreements
• Divorce
• Dissolution of same sex marriages and civil partnerships
• Separation
• Children matters
• Advice for unmarried couples and financial settlements

Requirements:

• You will be used to managing a very busy workload
• You will be very proactive
• Excellent client care skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• First class time management and organisational skills
