Family Solicitor | Manchester
My client, a well-established Private Practice Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Family Solicitor for their offices in Manchester.
This is a work-from-home role initially with a view to moving to a split office/home role when able.
The Role:
As the successful Family Solicitor, you will be joining a busy and well-established department and will be responsible your own caseload of mainly high-quality privately Family Matters. The caseload will include but not be limited to; Divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, ancillary relief and private children matters.
This is a great opportunity for somebody wanting more responsibility and autonomy in their role, with quick progression opportunities.
Requirements:
To be suitable for this role, you will be able to demonstrate a great amount of experience within Private Family Law and preferably be 3 years PQE. You will be proficient in managing your own caseload with minimal experience and have a solid understanding of financial matters.
It would be highly beneficial if you have experience of working in the areas of Divorce, Financial, Unmarried couples & Property Disputes and Children. in addition to experience in relation to prenuptial, post nuptial, separation, and cohabitation agreements.
Benefits:
* £35,000 - £50,000
* 28 days holiday + (8 Bank Holidays)
