FAMILY SOLICITOR:

This family team is looking for a solicitor ideally between 2 and 5 years PQE to join them in the Oxfordshire office. The team offers high quality support to clients, stemming from the experience and talent of its outstanding family lawyers who are nationally and internationally acknowledged as leaders in their field. The successful solicitor will advise on all areas of financial disputes between high net worth individuals and in complex disputes as to arrangements for children. They will enjoy a challenging and varied caseload as well as excellent progression opportunities. Assisting on a range of family matters, you will be expected to manage their own caseload of matters as well as assist other members within the team. The family department covers a range of family matters including children law, separation, divorce, pre/post nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, domestic violence and financial matters.
