Cathedral Appointments has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Family department of a local, well established law firm based in Axminster. This role would suit someone who is looking for longevity and to build a career for the years to come.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·       Dealing with a wide range of Family matters, which may include: Divorce, Financial Disputes, Cohabitee Disputes, Children, Prenuptial Agreements/Disputes

·       Undertaking business development and attending networking events as required

 

 

Requirements:

 

·       You will be an experienced Family Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE

·       You will have proven experience of running your own caseload of Family matters

·       Ideally, you will be able to work without supervision but there will be supervision for candidates who need this

·       You will be enthusiastic, confident and dedicated to building a career within Family law

·       You will have excellent IT skills

·       You will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
