There is an exciting role available with a top legal 500 firm for a solicitor in Care and Private Financial matters in the Family Department. Based in Taunton, the firm has numerous offices regionally.

The successful candidate will be taking on an existing caseload as well as personal and business development. Client awareness and experience with Public and Private Children Act are both essential to the role, also. The client would like to hear from candidates who have worked within privately funded and complex financial work, Collaborative practitioners and those who adhere to the Resolution Code are desired, as are candidates either with Children Panel memberships, or aspiring to work towards. Driving lisence and vehicle owner also required to travel between offices if required.
