Top-level law firm is looking for an experienced Family Solicitor who would be interested in a 12 month contract, with a view to becoming permanent in Bicester.
The firm is extremely well-known within the Family sector, having built a strong reputation in the market through transparent working values, aiming to produce excellent results in a reasonable length of time. Most importantly, they retain their staff, offering opportunities where possible, constant training and development and the chance to gain salary increases through exceptional performance.
What we need is a capable individual who would have aspirations of working alongside the Head of Department to help push and grow the team. Ideally, it's about someone who can meet challenges head on, can pick up an active caseload and identify what requires more immediate attention, collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent service to clients and really look to not only maintain the strong relationships they have but create new ones.
What's really needed is someone who can also look to improve the firm, bring their skills and knowledge and assist with driving them forward. Naturally, you'll also be working with the Courts, looking to gain the best result for all involved.
We're quite open on salary at the moment but we do want to look to either meet or exceed (where possible) interested candidates' expectations.
The firm can also offer an excellent benefits package which includes annual pay reviews, professional subscriptions, 23 days (plus bank holidays!) annual leave and cover for eye tests.
