Ideally on the Children Panel or close to getting accreditation. The firm in question is in receipt of a legal aid contract and has a strong presence within publicly funded family work. Ideal candidates will have upwards of 2 years PQE.
The successful applicant will be joining a thriving firm with a real interest in developing their family law department even further. The role would involve managing your own caseload of childcare matters including adoption proceedings, care and supervision orders. There will also be a number of privately funded matters to deal with including some divorce and finance.
If you are interested in working closely with colleagues on complex, and sometimes difficult, cases and taking a key role in the continued success of the department then this could be the ideal role for you.
Salary dependant on experience but in the region of £30,000, 25 days holiday per annum plus other benefits.
