The firm has an exciting and very rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Family Solicitor with a minimum 8+ years PQE to join the practice at Partner level and head up a new Family Department.

This is a brand new department, and the ideal candidate must therefore be able to build up the practice utilising their own contacts within their Family law network. You will be business development focused, adept at client facing and have a natural entrepreneurial flair.

In the main, you will be a subject matter expert in the following:
  • Divorce
  • Financial Disputes
  • Children
  • Financial, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements where parties have international links or assets, or are located outside of the UK
  • Civil Partnerships and Injunctions
