Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
- Supporting a partner with a mixed caseload of private and public family law matters.
- Support with consultations, meetings, mediations and court appearances
- Draft legal documentation and manage communications
- Provide comprehensive administrative support on files

About the Business:
- CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a multi-specialist law firm with offices across South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced family law candidate (Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or Paralegal) looking for their next career step. You will be given the opportunity to support an established team with mixed private family law cases, including matrimonial matters and private child arrangements.
Application Criteria:
- This opportunity does require a minimal level of paid employment history, working within a Private Family Law / Matrimonial Environment
- Previous employment history, working within a Family Law Team, at either Legal Secretarial, Legal Assistant or Paralegal level
