Our client are a leading South Yorkshire Law firm with a reputable brand and excellent business model. They are a multi-disciplined legal practice with a great brand. The firm have multiple legal professionals recognised in the Legal 500.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to join a firm that values people and drives a fantastic culture from top to bottom. As a result of growth within the Family Department, our client is looking to hire a Family Paralegal in their renowned team.
If successful, you will perform the following role as a Family Paralegal:
* Supporting with a busy caseload of matrimonial, finances and private child arrangements
* Dealing with day to day administrative support, allocated by a fee earner
* Assisting with briefing council
* Occasional attendance in court hearings
* Dealing with initial queries and enquires
* Drafting correspondence and letters to clients
* Submitting bills and reviewing statements
To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
* Minimum 2:1 degree in Law
* Must have studied family law module
* Experience within family law (placement, or shadowing a family solicitor as part of work experience will be considered)
