Family Legal Director - Permanent - Full time (Flexibility with hours can be discussed)

My client, an award winning highly regarded Legal 500 & Chambers UK practice is now looking for a Legal Director to join their team in Hertfordshire.

This position would suit somebody with strong leadership skills, ideally previous experience managing juniors, strong business and commecial acumen and someone who enjoys working part of a team.

The role would involve running your own private family caseload (divorce, financial matters, private children, pre-nupts etc) whilst line managing team members, both fee earners and support staff. My client wants someone who is keen to participate in networking/business development to develop contacts to aid strategic growth. This position would involve working in collaboration with Partners and peers to effectively support the Partnership and to initiate and develop positive change within the practice.
