Fantastic opportunity to join this superb regional law firm and work as part of a small team that is managed by a highly regarded Partner. This position requires an experienced (2 Years PQE +) Solicitor to handle their own caseload and work with a local client base.

There is a real mixture of work in place for this role with private paying matters being shared across the department. You must however be experienced enough to deal with a broad range of family work such as divorce and separation, pre-nuptial disputes, private children matters, financial disputes and ancillary relief as well as undertaking your own advocacy.

This firm represent clients from across the region and deal with both non-affluent & high net worth individuals with large assets, so experience of dealing with high value matters would be useful. Fee earning is the main focus of this role as there is a significant amount of work currently and the majority of this stems from repeat clients and referrals. They are a traditional practice and you will have Paralegal support however they also have remote working available with this set to continue in the current climate. Very relaxed atmosphere and grown up attitude to management, so you will not be micro managed and you will be given the autonomy to deal with work as efficiently as possible.
