Family Law Paralegal - Solihull

This down to earth, highly established and successful law firm with offices based across the midlands are looking for a Family Paralegal to support a well-known solicitor. This role will for the right person offer progression into a training contract. It is a full-time office based role in Solihull.

In this family paralegal role you will run and manage a small caseload under the supervision of the team. You will provide advice and work with clients dealing with private law children matters, divorce and separation, financial settlements, domestic violence and pre & post nuptial agreements.

To be considered you must have at least 2 years experience working in a family law position, you must have advocacy experience along with a sensitive approach to work, be willing to go the extra mile for your clients and have excellent attention to detail skills.
