Head of Family Department

This multi-office Leicestershire law firm now seeks to recruit an ambitious and experienced Family Fee Earner to manage its Family Department.

This will include managing and supervising the members of the team, assisting in the development of and then implementing strategies and plans, ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct and any accreditations as appropriate and continued and profitable growth consistent with the objectives and values of the Firm.

You will be an experienced Family Lawyer, ideally with previous/current management experience and responsibilities.
