This long established Exeter based firm is recruiting into their family team and searching for an experienced solicitor or legal executive.

In an ideal world you will advise on both privately funded divorce and matrimonial matters as well as publicly funded childcare work. It is however the childcare work which is more urgent and if you only wish to handle a childcare caseload then there is enough work here.

Having Children's Panel membership would be ideal, but solicitors or legal executives with at least 2-3 years PQE within family law and looking to gain this type of childcare experience should also get in touch initially.

You should have experience conducting your own advocacy and be confident continuing with this.

This is a small friendly firm with an emphasis on being flexible and family friendly. You will be supported and trusted but not micromanaged. There are legal assistants within this team to support you and your workload.

This vacancy could perhaps suit a solicitor with childcare experience who has been non-practicing for a while and looking to return to family and childcare law.
