JOB TITLE: Family / Child Care Fee Earner
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2+ years
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a family or child care fee earner you will have full autonomy over your own busy caseload and will have the option to specialise in a particular area of family law if desired. The firm's family department deal with the full spectrum of family law work including privately funded divorce and financial remedy cases, private law child matters, abuse, neglect and publically funded legal aid cases. You will be expected to generate your own work both for yourself, the wider family team and the firm's other departments. There is the option for this role to be taken on a part or flexi time basis.
We are looking for talented family and child care fee earners with at least two years experience in managing their own caseload of family work. Candidates must be qualified as a solicitor or legal executive and membership of a relevant law society panels will be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will be apt at communicating effectively with clients and will have the compassion and sympathetic abilities that the nature of this work calls for. The capacity to work well and efficiently as a member of a team is also a must.
