Experienced matrimonial solicitor, looking to handle high quality family law in the sun?
My client is a well-established Dubai-based law firm which practises English & Welsh law on behalf of numerous local HNW individuals, with particular knowledge of advising the ex-pat community on various matters ranging from wills, probates and estate administration through to company formations and commercial matters. The firm already has a family law offering which it is looking to bolster through the recruitment of an experienced matrimonial solicitor who is both capable of working with minimal supervision and who is also interested in getting involved on the business development front.
You will be an experienced England & Wales-qualified family solicitor of 4+yrs PQE of advising privately-paying clients on a broad range of matrimonial matters including divorce, ancillary relief, civil partnerships, co-habitation disputes and private Children’s Act matters. You will have previous experience of working with High Net Worth clients and providing a high level of client care which is expected from clients willing to pay more for their legal advice.
Whilst there is a consistent flow of work into the practice the firm is keen to hear from applicants who also have an interest in business development and marketing initiatives in order to further contribute to the expansion of the family offering moving forward.
Remuneration is highly competitive and is designed to attract the best talent available.
