Job Purpose:

 

We are currently seeking an experienced office administrator to work in our Liverpool office to assist with general admin duties, reporting to the Panel Manager.

 

Duties:

 

·         General administrative duties working to tight deadlines

·         Processing paperwork/documentation

·         Supporting the business to deliver against targets in a variety of administrative tasks

·         Liaising with external panel members

·         Assisting with monthly MI reporting

·         Assisting Panel Manager to support external panel

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

·         Computer Literate

·         Confident in using Microsoft Excel (Formula’s and Graphs)

·         Highly Organised

·         Good people skills

·         Team player
