Salary - £22K - £36K PLUS EXCELLENT BONUS AND BENEFITS – (See below)
Location – Central Leeds AND / OR – Home based up to 4 days a week
Hours – Full – 35 hours or Part-Time – (Min. 9-3 – M-F)
Job Purpose: To deal with all aspects of residential Conveyancing from inception to completion and registration either with or without an assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with Clients in a professional manner either on the telephone or face to face.
Carrying out investigation of title.
Producing property reports.
Updating referrer websites.
Dealing with files from start to finish.
Completing registrations.
Capable of dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages, new-build work and all aspects of freehold and leasehold properties.
Any other role the Management feels is appropriate

Well-presented and professional.
Positive outlook with a proactive focus on giving the best service to both clients & colleagues.
Reliable, understanding and patient
Essential Skills:
Residential Conveyancing knowledge.
Good experience in dealing with all aspects of Transactional conveyancing.
Ability to communicate with all ages.
Must be adept at MS Office 2007 or later, particularly E-mail, Internet, Word & Excel.
4 GCSE’s including Maths & English
