High Street Solicitors are a rapidly expending Law firm based in Liverpool City Centre.

Details of the role outlined:

Role: Fee Earner

Salary: Depending on experience

Hours: 36 hours Full Time / Permanent

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

Benefits: 4pm finish of a Friday

               Departmental bonuses

               Extra day holiday for birthdays

               A range local business discounts

Annual Leave: 25 days per annum plus Bank Holidays

Duties - will include, but not limited to:

  • Issuing and managing litigated file
  • Handling a case load of 100+ from inception to conclusion
  • Complying with KPI’s & financial targets
  • Liaising with client’s, taking instructions, providing updates, taking written statements
  • Monitoring files and taking appropriate action where necessary
  • Vetting of new claims

Skills / Experience required:

  • Law degree/LPC
  • 3 years’ Experience of working in a law firm
  • Litigation experience
  • To be self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure in order to meet team and business targets
  • Experience of working with high value cases
  • Ability of working in a busy team
  • Well organised, with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Good time management skills
  • Good communication skills both internally and externally
