To support this growth, they are now looking for experienced Conveyancers to join their successful team from out with their normal recruitment pool and so offering fully supported homeworking opportunities. You will be able to handle a varied conveyancing caseload without the need for support or supervision. However, you are still made to feel part of the ‘family’ with:

  • Initial office training
  • Visit to all the offices
  • All technology supplied, set-up and supported by our Client
  • Daily webcam conference call
  • Weekly then monthly catch up days with Manager and colleagues
  • ‘Team Viewer’ support
  • Instant messaging
  • Regular fun / team building events

You must have a designated work space to accommodate the computers and working equipment - (all of which will be provided by our client) - as well as reliable broadband access. Full time hours are preferred but they also consider flexible working hours to suit your personal life.

The Role:

·          Handle a varied conveyancing caseload in a paperless environment

·         Manage a high caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions - including newbuild, unregistered and shared ownership properties

·         Replying to complex legal enquiries

·         Resolving complex and technical queries involving – (e.g. - Deeds of Trust, Deeds of Variation, Lease extensions, etc.) - raised by team members, colleagues and third parties

·         Dealing with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions.
