We’re looking for experienced, non-qualified conveyancers with around 5 years of residential conveyancing experience to join the client service team at Juno.
You’ll have worked autonomously on your own cases (sale and purchase) for several years, and you might also have had a team leadership role. Now you want to join a customer-focused, technology-enabled law firm that will allow you to grow and develop professionally.
You might want to build on your experience and become a qualified lawyer, although that’s not essential for this role. If you want to get your CILEx level 6 qualification and Fellowship then we’ll support you practically and financially, and if you’ve also got an LPC we’ll help you cross-qualify as a solicitor after you’ve completed the necessary period in practice as a CILEx Fellow.
This role can be either part-time (minimum 3 days per week) or full-time. You’ll either work in our London HQ or from your own home, depending on where you’re based in UK.
Please note that if you want to work from home and you’ve got pre-school children, then you’ll need to arrange childcare during the hours that you’re working for Juno.
Join a world-class team
Juno is a law firm for the internet era - our lawyers have more than 40 years of PQE, and our tech team built the GOV.UK and Guardian websites for more than 50 million weekly users. In short, it’s more like working at Google or Monzo than a typical law firm.
Juno team brings together decades of legal expertise with ground-breaking conveyancing software that we’ve built ourselves. That means everyone in our legal team can focus on the work that really matters, because our software tools do the routine work on each transaction, and our clients get a faster and more transparent service.
Every day, the feedback we gather from our team and our clients goes in to making our service even better. We release new and improved features every few hours, and our average online review score is already 9.3 out of 10.
We've started with residential conveyancing in the UK, and later this year we'll launch new services in other areas of consumer-facing law. Our ten year goal is to be the world’s largest and most trusted law firm, working across many areas of law around the world.
Everyone who works at Juno gets a competitive salary, company pension scheme and shares in the company - 25% of your allocation comes due after 12 months, and the rest in monthly instalments over the next three years. So you’ll benefit directly as the firm’s value grows, without putting down any money of your own, and without waiting around for years to see if your current firm will give you an equity partnership role.
We’re building a diverse company where everyone feels welcomed, included and respected. We don’t discriminate against anyone, on any basis.
