The department

Our highly regarded Residential Property department is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Residential Property Executive to join the team . Those with significant experience but no formal qualification are welcome to apply.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in tackling high quality residential conveyancing. Knowledge of residential landlord and tenant, including assured shorthold tenancies and lease extensions is also an advantage.

Excellent organisational and communication skills are neded as well as the ability to manage a case load within a supportive team environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a group of high performers with a great team spirit.

We would consider 3 - 4 days per week rather than full time for a strong candidate.

Please note we are not looking for a qualified solicitor.
