About the Role:

They currently seek a motivated solicitor to join the highly regarded Employment Law team, which has consistently earned accolades in Chambers UK and The Legal 500.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, with the support of colleagues and the Department Manager
• Handling clients' cases efficiently and cost-effectively
• Upholding the highest professional standards and complying with our quality standards
• Keeping clients fully informed about our range of services
• Contributing to business development and networking initiatives

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Hold at least a 2.1 degree
• Have completed at least one training seat in Employment Law at a recognized and respected firm, demonstrating a genuine interest in HR/Employment Law
• Exhibit enthusiasm and diligence in their work
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Be a collaborative team player with a reputable track record
