BCL Legal are working with a highly regarded, Legal 500-recognised law firm based in Buckinghamshire to assist in sourcing a talented Employment Solicitor at NQ to 2 years PQE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive firm known for its corporate feel and commitment to providing high-quality legal services across a wide range of sectors.

The Role:
The successful candidate will work across a diverse caseload, covering both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. The role will involve advising both employers and employees on a wide range of issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and general employment law. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to assist in employment tribunal claims and provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:
NQ to 2 years PQE in Employment Law.
Strong academic background and technical expertise in employment law.
Excellent communication, drafting, and client-facing skills.
Client-focused with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
Ability to thrive in both team-oriented and autonomous working environments.
