Employment Lawyer - Manchester city centre

Market leading law firm is seeking an Employment Lawyer to join its team in Manchester. This opportunity is offered on a full-time permanent basis and with hybrid working as standard.

The Role

As an Employment Lawyer in this team, you would:
- Have the opportunity to join a highly regarded team of employment lawyers who are recognised for undertaking high quality work for clients across a range of sectors including housing, local government, social business and charities.
- Handle a range of employment matters to include high profile and complex matters
- Managing Employment tribunal work, drafting and advising on contracts of employment and HR policies and procedures, Managing employee relationship cases including discipline and performance management, sickness absence, grievances, whistleblowing and discrimination and advising on TUPE transfers

About You

To be successful in your application for this Employment Lawyer role, you will have:
- NQ -4 PQE solicitor - with an Employment seat handling respondent work if an NQ
- A good teamwork ethic.
- A positive and proactive outlook and a genuine passion for this area of work.
