Employment Solicitor - Senior Associate
BCL Legal are working with a leading national law firm renowned for its commitment to a people-focused culture and strong Legal 500 ratings across multiple practice areas. The Employment Department are on the lookout for an experienced Employment Solicitor with a minimum 3 years PQE to join their dynamic Employment team for their office in Cambridge.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a an Employment Lawyer to become part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional employment law services. In this role, you will work closely with experienced partners and a skilled team, providing comprehensive legal advice to a wide range of employers in the commercial sector.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Engaging in business development activities to enhance the firm's practice in the -region.
- Representing clients across diverse sectors, including education and government, and occasionally assisting employees.
