You will be handling your own caseload that includes termination of Employment, disputes and employment tribunal claims, discrimination, bullying and harassment at work, employment contracts, redundancy and restructuring and reorganisation. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder.

Your role as an Employment Solicitor will involve:
  • Handling your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Technical excellence, handling both claimant and respondent employment matters
  • The ability to business develop and network to gain new clients
