A leading international firm with a client base that includes house hold names in the retail, leisure, travel and technology sectors is seeking a senior associate employment solicitor for its 40+ strong group.

The role would suit a solicitor with 6 years PQE+ who has worked for a leading national or London-based practice where they have dealt with predominately respondent matters. You will undertake a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment work for a wide variety of clients, advising on large scale redundancy and restructuring exercises, TUPE transfers, litigation in both the employment tribunal and the high court and outsourcing arrangements. The highly regarded partners take on projects to cover matters such as advising on the employment aspects of numerous multi-million-pound corporate and property transactions and providing information and advice on employment best practice. The role will allow for flexibility to work fully remotely but could also be mixed with time spent on site in the firm’s offices in London, Milton Keynes or Scotland.
