A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market changing ABS law firm in Birmingham as part of their highly successful employment law team.

The role will be to run a mainly contentious, respondent employment law caseload and as such the right candidate will be 5 years + qualified and have experience of dealing with Employment Tribunal matters advising on legal issues such as discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistle blowing and TUPE transfers.
Doing a great job for the client is a given, but what is important here are the staff. The business has been setup so that the staff have all the tools they need grow and work in a relaxed and friendly, yet professional culture.

The salary is competitive dependent on experience + benefits.
