A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market changing ABS law firm in Birmingham as part of their highly successful employment law team.

This is not your typical law firm and the environment is unique and far removed from traditional ‘private practice’. The firm prides itself on being different and on offering a fresh way to how law firms have been run in the past.

The role will be to run a mainly contentious, respondent employment law caseload and as such the right candidate will be 5 years + qualified and have experience of dealing with Employment Tribunal matters advising on legal issues such as discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistle blowing and TUPE transfers.

Doing a great job for the client is a given, but what is important here are the staff. The business has been setup so that the staff have all the tools they need grow and work in a relaxed and friendly, yet professional culture.

The firm has won numerous national legal and IT awards over the last few years, it really is a different place to work so if you are looking for a change from traditional private practice then this may be just the job for you.

The salary is competitive dependent on experience + benefits.
