This Legal 500 practice have a long standing reputation within the local market. The successful Solicitor will run and develop their own caseload of employment matters, providing advice to clients on a variety of employment law issues. You will be required to draft documents, i.e. contracts, settlement agreements, policies, procedures and handbooks, conduct pre-hearing reviews, conduct advocacy and represent clients at Employment Tribunals. You will be an expert in handling both respondent and claimant employment law and ideally have a minimum of 5 years+ PQE. You will ideally have a following, or be well connected locally. Business development is a key aspect of this role, and you must have a proven record of success. You will be confident delivering presentations and seminars and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
