This modern thinking Legal 500 law firm has significant growth plans, including within its employment team. The team has a strong and growing commercial client base, in large part due to its commitment and development of its innovative services, commercial clients benefit from a comprehensive mix of HR services and employment law support, to existing and new commercial clients. They also have a strong reputation for advising and supporting private individuals. Salary £50,000 to £60,000 (DOE) plus extensive benefits. The ideal solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience, working within an employment law environment. You will be able to work independently and unsupervised, but also effectively with other team members. You will have proven experience of handling an employment caseload and the ability to deliver succinct high quality advice. Excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation experience and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team, will be required. Knowledge of a case management system and Microsoft Office software skills are essential.
